Axtell ISD provides services to persons with disabilities, ages 3-21, living within the boundaries of Axtell Independent School District who qualify. Contact Allison Farrar, Axtell ISD Transition Coordinator, at afarrar@axtellisd.net to discuss the school evaluation process and/or request to schedule a testing consultation with an Axtell ISD Evaluation Specialist.
